Account Creation and Security

When you create an account with InsightCore:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to course materials and services will cease, subject to our refund policy.

Service Uptime and Maintenance

We strive to provide reliable and consistent access to our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may experience:

• Scheduled maintenance periods for system updates and improvements
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues or server maintenance
• Unexpected downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Course and Feature Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including course content, features, and availability. When making significant changes to active courses, we will provide reasonable notice to enrolled participants and ensure they can complete their current coursework under the original terms.

Geographic Restrictions

While our primary focus is on serving students in Finland and the European Economic Area, our online services may be accessible from other locations. However, certain features or programs may not be available in all geographic regions due to legal or logistical constraints.

Our Content and Materials

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, lectures, videos, and presentations
• Website design, text, graphics, logos, and branding
• Software, tools, and interactive features
• Documentation, guides, and educational resources

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by InsightCore unless explicitly stated otherwise.

License Grant

Upon enrollment in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute course materials to third parties
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our platform such as project work, forum posts, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You retain ownership of your original work while giving us permission to use it in an educational context.

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated in Euros and must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment through various methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment processors.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund: Available within 14 days of course start date if less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Partial Refund: Prorated refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
• No Refund: After 14 days or if more than 20% of course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify course pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect users who have already enrolled and paid for a course.

Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content
• Specific career outcomes, employment opportunities, or salary increases
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Security of data transmission over the internet

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, InsightCore shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, internet service failures, or other force majeure events.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Helsinki, Finland

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and EU consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and InsightCore regarding your use of our services.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
